As if the Acqualina Condo & Resort was not enough, the up and coming Mansions at Acqualina promises to blow you away. The brand new 46-story tower will contain some of the most opulent living spaces imaginable. This Acqualina condo in Sunny Isles Beach is to be placed south of the Acqualina Ocean Residences & Resort Condo that already exists on part of the Sunny Isles Beach property. The Mansions at Acqualina will exude the same quality and craftsmanship of which the Acqualina condo Sunny Isles brand is widely known.
These new Acqualina condo Sunny Isles mansions will offer 79 villas purposely facing the ocean. Just as the Acqualina brand of condos has provided its residents with exclusive amenities, the Acqualina mansions are fierce rivals to many of the Miami condo properties. It will have a 16,000 square foot, $40 million penthouse placed exquisitely on the top floor. This splendid tower will be a one-of-a-kind ultra-luxurious fixture in this Sunny Isles Beach community.
Thanks to the vision of The Trump Group, a South Florida developer, this Sunny Isles condo project was proposed with the greatest of intentions to add another spark to the already booming Miami Beach housing market. The mansions will be constructed boasting 427,000 square feet of luxury living space, ornately designed and strategically placed south of the Acqualina Ocean Residences & Resort Condo. The details of the construction are to be discussed at a zoning hearing in Sunny Isles Beach on the 22nd of December, 2011. The Mansions at Acqualina are said to be one of four towers planned for construction in Sunny Isles Beach.
Other projects in the South Florida region will produce about 20 new towers that contain 4,000 units. This property explosion will consists of one tower in Aventura, two brand new towers in Downtown West Palm Beach, two new towers in Miami Beach and 10 towers in Downtown Miami Beach. However, the Acqualina condo in Sunny Isles Beach that will rival them all is the Mansions at Acqualina.
The Sunny Isles Beach community consists of three neighborhoods, covering a 40-block stretch of the property. The mansions will be situated on 6.75 acres of that stretch. Since the creation of this community in 2003, Sunny Isles Beach now has close to 375 residents for resale, and priced just right for the market.
